I’m Gavin Julyan. I’ve spent 40+ years inside finance and operations roles for businesses ranging from lean startups to established SMBs. What I kept seeing was the same pattern: owners drowning in tooling that didn’t talk to each other, and losing hours to admin no automation had ever touched.

My work is straightforward: get the structure right, build a finance function that reports on time, and use SaaS to remove the busywork. I’m vendor-agnostic — the right stack is the one that fits your business, not the one that pays a commission.
